BY PLACING AN ORDER, BUYER REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE IS OF LEGAL AGE AND THAT THE PRODUCTS ORDERED WILL BE USED IN A LAWFUL MANNER. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN AND OBEY ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS IN REGARD TO THE POSSESSION AND/OR USE OF ANY ITEM PURCHASED.

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS IN THE EVENT THAT THE PACKAGE THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED WAS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS OR OTHER AGENCIES. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS BEFORE ORDERING.

CLASSIC CUSTOM KNIVES, LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY HARM OR INJURY RESULTING FROM THE SALE, TRADE, USE, OR HANDLING OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM CLASSIC CUSTOM KNIVES, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES.

Return Policy

Items purchased may be returned within three (3) days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition and same packaging as sold. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping, insurance charges, and other incidental charges are not refundable. Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange. Prior authorization must be provided before return can occur. Please contact us at (610) 608-5033 before returning any items. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the three (3) day inspection period.

We require that your return shipping include full insurance and a signature confirmation. Please contact us to obtain our return shipping address.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Classic Custom Knives, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind. Most knife makers guarantee their work to be free from mechanical defects for as long as they remain able to make knives. Natural handle materials are not warranted by Classic Custom Knives, LLC. Makers' warranties normally do not cover these materials. Natural handle materials include, but are not limited to, wood, stag, ivory, pearl and bone. These natural materials may crack, discolor or shrink due to a change in age, humidity or temperature.

Trade-In Policy

You may trade in any knife purchased from ClassicCustomKnives.com for one-hundred percent (100%) of what you paid, excluding shipping and insurance, within six (6) months of purchase, towards a knife or knives of at least 30% greater value. The trade-in MUST be in the same condition as when it was sold. ClassicCustomKnives.com and Classic Custom Knives, LLC reserve the right to deny acceptance of any trade-in knife.

Consignment

Please contact us via e-mail or phone with information about any knives you wish to sell. If your knives are deemed a good fit for our website, we will have you ship them to us. We will handle all photography and write-ups, and pricing will be determined on an individual basis. When a knife is sold, you will receive 80% of the Final Sale Price of the knife. ClassicCustomKnives.com and Classic Custom Knives, LLC reserve the right to deny acceptance of any knife for any reason. Knives that do not meet our standards will be returned fully insured for the value of the knife at the collector’s expense.

Shipping Your Knives

You may use whatever shipping method you prefer. We recommend insuring your shipment. Classic Custom Knives, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs when receiving or returning consignment knives. Please contact us for shipping address.

Costs and Pricing

There is a $25 refundable fee for all consignments, which covers the photography and listing process. Fee shall be refunded upon Final Sale.

There is also a 20% commission on all consignment knife sales. If you choose to use the proceeds from the consignment sale to purchase another knife from ClassicCustomKnives.com, the fee for commission will be adjusted to 15%

"Final Sale Price" shall mean the purchase price of the knife less any incidental costs (eg. Credit card fees).

Any and all repair and/or cleaning fees will be deducted if we need to make your knife presentable.

We will offer pricing suggestions for any consignment knives, but the ultimate decision lies with you. Please be aware that we cannot offer our specific pricing suggestions until your knives are in our hands, but we guarantee that we will only post your knives at a price that satisfies you.

Payment

Once your knife has sold, we will mail you a check as soon as a knife is fully paid and shipped to the customer.
