Custom Knife Description

This magnificent custom handmade Skinner by Bill Moran was selected in "Gun Digest, Book of Knives in 1973: as Bill's favorite knife. The handle is fluted Ivory and silver with dramatic filing to border the fluted sections. The condition is mint. This forty year old plus knife is as good as it was in the late sixties. There are no checks or cracks in the Ivory sections in the handle and the blade is spotless. Bill Moran will be linked with past greats such as Michael Price and Will and Finck. He is the father of the American Bladesmith Society and he was the first to bring back Damascus steel from the legendary knives of the past. Bill made this for himself, and marked it #1. Own a piece of history from one of the greatest knifemakers of all time.
